Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

custody of unborn child

What rights does the Father have of taking the newborn home from the hospital if his wife left him, because she doesn't want to grow up. He doesn't want a divorce, but wants his child & wife with him. If she won't come home he wants the child. He has a home, and a bed room set up for the baby.
