Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my ex wife has physical custody of our 10 yr old daughter. they live in michigan, I pay child support and have equal parenting/joint custody. i live in oregon and have offered to pay 100% of airline expenses for my daughter to travel to see me. i also planned to use the unnocompanied minor program airlines offer (100.00 extra/ticket). However, my ex wife said that this isnt acceptable AND the friend of the court (wexford co. mi) said air travel and using this program isnt safe. i cant believe Northwest Airlines wouldnt be interested in a gov't. organization deeming their product not safe. what can i do??

Your attorney should take this matter directly to Judge Corwin. I've always found him to be very fair and reasonable.
