can a dad get his childern
I live in michigan and I was wondering if my friend could get his two girls from his ex-wife. And how he could go about getting custody of them. She not too long ago took 13 or 14 pills at one time and the girls found her.

He would have a very high burden of showing that the mother is unfit. He would have to file a motion to change custody. Get a good lawyer and be in for a big fight. William S. Stern
