Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My Dad owes Me money

My dad has been gone for about 6 years and i have no idea where he is at and i have tried to find him...no leads...He owes my sisters and i a great deal of money for child support purposes and i have done all that is needed up untill now. That is where you come in (well this question) I know for a fact that his mom(my grandma) knows where he is and his brothers and sisters do to.(aunts and uncles)I have spoke to them but they turn me down. I guess my question is if there are more than one specific warent out for his arrest are they violeting some law and can i do something about it leagally.. this is very important to my family and i. My mom has rased us without this money and now we need it.
