Dating and Divorce

My sister is not yet divorce and she has kind of started seeing someone else. They have 3 kids and her husband wants joint custody but she wants him to have less than that. He has heard some rumors about her and her guy friend and I was just wondering if that will hinder her in anyway with the custody battle at all?

It shouldn't effect her chances unless it impacts her parenting skills and the manner in which she raises her kids. If it netaviely impacts her kids, it could hurt her chances. William S. Stern
