my daughter just had a baby with her current boyfriend her ex boy friend thinks it could be his can he force my daughter to have a paternity test?

If your daughter was married when the baby was born, there may be a different answer. However, with the present facts, it is quite possible that the father could come in to claim rights to visitation/custody. A paternity test may be ordered.
