Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My daughter and Grandaughter

My son-in-law and daughter having marriage problems, he took her to her sister's house and dropped her off and three weeks later she is still there. Her daughter is with him at his parents house where he lives......I want to know for her what her rights are for support from him and also how can she get her daughter..... thank you

Tell her to see a good lawyer immediately, file for divorce and file an immediate emergency motion to get the child, custody, etc. Her problem is mainly inaction. Why is she waiting so long? Bill Stern 248-353-9400
