Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

have a daughter in law is always using my 3 year old grandaughter as a threat to me . she is always getting mad at me.and she wont let me talk or see my grandbaby. what is my rights.and how do i do this legal?

There are no grandparents rights unless your child is deceased. You will just need to get along if you want contact with the grandchild.
