Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Do I have to appear at deposition at the mothers attys office for my sons custody case in Michigan? It does not say subpoena on it at all, only that its a deposition and was mailed from the mothers atty's office. If I do have to go to deposition, should I have an attorney present?

Yes. Custody matters are complicated and much is at stake. Having representation is paramount. Once cusrody is established it's very difficult to change in the future. See cbrownlegal.com. contact my office to discuss.
