Is there any course of action that can be taken against a 16 yr old teen who doesn't obey his parents . Such as staying out to all hours of the night and disregarding his curfew?

You can have him dealt with by the juvenile court as an incorrigible. The court will place requirements upon the child, with the threat of incaceration in the juvenile facility, among other things, for breach of the rules imposed by the court. However, you should know that the court will also gain jurisdiction over YOU and the rest of your family to make you to atend family counseling and other requirements as the court sees fit to help your child become a responsible adult.
