How much is the wife entitle to in this pension situation? Male, a retired school teacher living on his retirement. She's working and worked for 14 years. The male is 58 and the female is 53, we have been married for 33years.

In Michigan, in a marriage of 33 years, the wife is entitled to 50% of your retirement benefit.
