Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Divorce case #
Who wants to represent me in my divorce case. I pay per job-per work done. That means, no retainers and the rest, but I pay for steps of job done. I'll ask you for things to do for me and then I'll pay you plus bonus++

Re: Divorce case #
I have 31 years of experience. I have my original clients. They are very loyal. However, I can tell you that in my 31 years, clients will inevitably stiff their lawyers when given the opportunity. Maybe it has not occurred once or twice but I sure cannot remember it. That is why lawyers require retainers. Any lawyer that would represent you on your terms is probably inexperienced. I do work on you terms but only for large companies. William S. Stern
