Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

divorce decree inforcement

A poorly written judgemnet directs me to fruadulenty name an ex-spouse as my ''surving spouse'' on my Michigan Teachers Retirement. It was supposed to be ''50% of my death benefit'' which is 50% of the money I contributed, + interest. Instead, the judgement reads 50 of Spouse retiremnet benefits, which the State dis-allows. Email from the State Office of Retirement Services clearly state that I may NOT name an ex-spouse as surviving spouse. Is the order considered unenforceable? Thank you
