Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

divorce degree

My ex-husband is suppose to be paying a loan in my name according to the divorce degree. He has stopped making this payment. It states in the degree if either of us defaults on the obligation that said person is liable for attorneys fees. Can't I somehow get in front of the judge and have him found in contempt of court for not following the judgement?

Re: divorce degree

Your attorney can indeed get this in front of the judge.
