Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

When I got a divorce, I found the Friend of the Court investagtor, Nancy Parshall, was misconstruing and typing in the wrong words in psychological evaulations to get females custody of kids, even when it was not in the best interest of the kids. A number of these kids end up back in the court system due to this. Nancy Parshalls husband is Gordan Bloom who is a court appointed attorney had he has handled some of these cases that came back into the system. This happened in my divorce and my kids did end up back in the system, my daughter molested.

The judges in this county, the attorneys, and the prosecuting attorney all go along with this due to them all useing these cases as satistics to tell the public they need more raises due to their case loads.

Is their a federal agency that will get involved and investagate this kind of courption?

I would be quite careful in what you post about individuals on a forum like LawGuru. If untrue or reckless, you could be facing a libel suit. I certainly don't know these individuals, but this is probably not the best place to air your perceived grievances. Just my 2 cents. www.kliszlaw.com
