Sounds like you my have taken a bad deal. Like most legal issues what you can do next depends on what was done and where you are in the divorce process. You need a free phone consultation with an attorney--of course I am one such person--but you should do so immediately. If helpful I can recommend someone close to you.

If your judgment has not already been entered, do not sign anything or have the judgment entered, because it is harder to modify it or make changes once this is done. Get an attorney immediately - even if you cannot afford one, the Wayne State University Law School has a family law clinic that can provide you with advice and help for free, if you qualify.
