Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

A divorce is imminent from my husband of 14 years. He is retiring Jan 2011 from Police Department at (20years of service) am I entitled to any of his retirment?

Yes, you are. If you know that the divorce is imminent, you should file before his pension goes into play. A divorce lawyer can explain your rights.
