Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My divorce judgment says "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the wife shall be responsible for all transportation expenses regarding parenting time." Does FURTHER ORDERED mean that it can and will not change?

It just means that it was ordered in addition to other things. These orders are final, but can always be changed by the Court if a party can show change in circumstances. Uphill battle to change, sure, but not impossible
