divorce jugdement

in my divorce in 1996 my ex was suppose to split any early retirement pay off with me. He has not and I know he has recieved it. How do I go about recieving my share? Do I need a lawyer to do it?

I would recommend you contact an attorney to review the paperwork and then determine how to proceed. It is hard to fully answer some questions, like this one, without reading the Judgment of Divorce. You have the right to file a motion with the Court to enforce the terms of your judgment.
