Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My divorce lawyer has sexually harassed me and I do not feel comfortable talking to him on the phone. My divorce papers have been filed and served, so do I even need to use a lawyer to complete my divorce? I live in Michigan which is a no fault divorce state and we have 2 small children.

Nobody is required to use an attorney for a divorce. However, for the same reasons that you'd want a surgeon to do your surgery, you should have a lawyer handle your divorce. Surgeons and lawyers are highly trained experts that understand the problems and issues associated with a procedure.
