Getting a divorce and want to move an hour away with keeping joint physical cust

I am in the process of getting a divorce. We have agree upon everything to this point including joint physical custody. I will have the kids two weeknights every week and all three children are in school. Can I move an hour away and keep this arangment if I work in the city they attend school?

You are probably okay. The court won't mind if your ex-spouse doesn't mind. It may prove to be very inconvenient however, as the kids get older, get into their own activities and must change schedules. William S. Stern 248-353-9400
