Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have just gone through the divorce process. The judgement was read in court, my husband wants to appeal the decission. Can he do that?

Yes, he probably can appeal. Unless the court of appeals determines that there was some error, though, whatever is written in the judgment will remain in place. Hope this helps.
