Divorce / seperation
my question is my husband is mentaly abusive and i said i want a seperation and he said leave. The kids stay here. I so no way. i have been home for 11 years and he thinks i don't get the house the car the house or any money i am to just go and live where ever. he doesn't give me money he controls the money where i go he keeps track of the mile on the car. he thinks he would get everything i get nothing. i have stayed home and raise the kids. what can i do if i do leave i don't want to loose my home for my kids. he thinks because my name isn't on the deed i won't get it. pplease help . thank you .

Do not leave your home or the children. You need an attorney who can protect your rights and property. An attorney also may be able get your husband to pay for the costs of your representation. We have experience with this. If you need help, contact our office today.
