Divorce Settlement
I was ordered to pay $900/month until my ex-wife was able to draw Social Security. Because she gave a wrong birth year, I am required to pay for 13.1 years instead of 10.1 years. Is there anything I can do to correct this injustice

If this information was not known to you when you reached an agreement with her, your attorney should take this information to your judge and ask for a modification or the alimony order.
