where do i stand in getting a divorce, I have been married for 16 years. In the last two to three years I have put with my husband degrading me and putting me down. we have no sexual contact in over a year and he treats me like I don't exist.

Michigan is a "no fault" divorce, which means that the circuit court in the county where you reside must grant you a divorce if you ask for one.
