Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

divorced in CA I now live in MI my ex lives in PA with his girl friend. In our divorce we left alimoney open for a later date if needed. I am now basically homeless, no job, no car and would like to find out how i even start to figure out what I have to do first in order to start a case.

If your California judgment left alimony open, you should contact your California attorney to ask how to ask for their court to award you alimony.
