Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I'm divorced with cusody order already. When my son was in 7th grade however his mom was having troubles and he came to live with me. Now that he is suppose to start high school soon she is informing me that our court order is all that matters. She does not deny our verbal agreement. What can I do to stop her? It does state in our order parenting time can be change if both parties agree. Which we did when he came to live with me and I'm not agreeing for him to go back. She said if I try to stop her from enrolling him I will go to jail. He is doing good here and has not been in trouble like with her. Also prior to living with me he had stated that he was sleeping with a loaded gun because he was afraid of her boyfriend. My ex says that has all changed and they get along now.
