Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

please help me

i got divorced in 2006 and have two doys with my ex- husben it is court order that i can talk to my kids on the phone for 30 min 2 times a week and he changed the phone number so i cant talk to them and they live in TN i have not seen them in 2 years and miss them what can i do i pay my childsport and i dont understand if i cant see or talk to my kids why do i have to pay childsport thank you

Child support is not connected to visitation. However, if you ex is violating a court order, your attorney should take him back into court and let the judge deal with him.

Whether your ex is complying with the visitation order doesn't determine whether you have to pay child support. But you can take action to enforce your phone and physical visitation. You should consult with an attorney to help you with this.
