Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have been divorced for 2 years now. Ex was granted spousal support for 7 years or until remarriage. She has had her boyfriend living with her for over a year now. She has a ring and says they are getting married but I have not found out when and it just keeps getting pushed off. Even though the wording in our divorce says "until remarriage", does cohabitation with intent have any weight on getting spousal support reduced or terminated when she has obviously benefited financially from their arrangement. I feel I am paying for him living with her and feel they are not getting married so that she can keep collecting spousal support.

You're stuck with the language of the divorce judgment. You could have put in cohabitation but did not so judge's will not add language to the judgment.
