Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Drafting Divorce papers

Is it illegal to draft divorce papers for a family member who will reprent herself in pro per. She cannot afford a retainer fee or representation. She filed once before and it was dismissed because they reconciled. We are going to use those same papers as example. Thanks.
