Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Driving responsibility

I am the non custodial parent of a 15,13, and 9 year old.

Mother (custodial parent)says the 15 and 13 year old boys can

''choose'' not to see me at all. My parenting time is 4 nights/week. Therefore I haven't seen them in several months. Mother now refuses to pick up the 9 year old for her scheduled time, and he attends school in her area. I live 30 minutes away. I have done most all of the driving in the past but work and the financial obligation of $800/month in child support and $300/month in spousal support make it difficult to continue to do all of the transfers. My work is located 2 hours away from their school. There is no specific provision for driving responsibility. Isn't it assumed that the responsibility should be shared?

Thanks...

Re: Driving responsibility

Making assumptions is a bad thing generally. Also, sometimes, different counties assume different things. Further, minor children don't get to make ANY choices. You should be contacting your attorney to fix some of these problems.
