Emancipation Of a Minor

How could a child who is not happy and can not deal with their current environment how can they be emancipated or have gaurdian-ship changed to another member of the family than their current caretaker?

The other person would have to petition for guardianship, unless your parents agree. Emaniciaption is impossible unless you are financially self-sufficient. Bill Stern
