Emancipation and my rights

Hi,

I am 16 years old currently living with my parents Can I use Emancipation, If I can show that I have about 4 famalies willing to house and feed me. My parents would definetly object so am I likely to win the case? I can live just fine in another house with food and shelter and everything and I am planning to go and pay for college and If I am emancipated I will get a job. Can I get emancipated?

You have to get the job firsst and show that you are financially and emotionally independent. Just suck it up for a short time and very soon, you'll be old enough to leave. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
