Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

emancipation

What can I do for my 17 yr old daughter who disregards all rules and curfews in my home? Can she become emancipated or can I file for emancipation? She comes in when she wants and stays gone for days at a time, mostly staying at her boyfriend's parents home. I have asked them if they want her to move in there but they have not answered me. She has been gone for 4 days this time. I was told I cant throw her out and have to let her back in when she comes home. My husband is disabled and I have three other teenagers in the house, who do not disregard rules. I leave the door unlocked for her but I have a special needs graddaughter in the home and lately I have been locking the doors do to her safety. Please, help. Thank you for your time in this stressful matter.

Respectfully,
