Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Endangerment?

We have a barely 15 year old daughter and she has been having sex with her barely 15 year old boyfriend. She has openly admitted to all of this, we adressed our adament concerns about her contact with this boy to his ex & she didnt enforce it & they had unprotected sex again! Her mom does work and is out of town for weeks leaving the kids at home sometimes with her mom. She has done illegal drugs, drinks, smokes and cuts herself. Mom has been made aware of all this. Nothing is being done dispite our efforts next we feel is court. We can provide her with rules, structure and disipline. One of our concerns now is that she could be pregnant.

Hubby is the non custodial parent. He pays court ordered support.

Our question is what is the legalities if she is pregnant? Whos fin. responsible for the new baby since she is a minor? With this wrecklessness what are the odds we could get custody and how much would it cost on average? Isnt this walking endangerment on her behalf?

Legally what are our options?

Re: Endangerment?

If the boy is having sex with a girl under the age of 16, he is guilty of statutory rape and should be turned into the police.
