Who get's the engagement ring if the wedding is called off? I recently found out that my fience was cheating on my and also lieing all the time. We would get into a fight and the first thing he would say is ''give me the ring'' Please help me!

Under Michigan's law, if the wedding is called off, the engagement ring must be returned. Sorry!
