You might also work with your child on emancipation, which would set the both of you free of each other.

If she doesn't want emancipation, and she's not mentally ill, then she should be able to handle family counseling and/or mediation.

Obviously something is wrong between you that goes beyond her behavior.

Try emancipation, however, if your child opposes it, then the court will not likely grant the emancipation (usually it is the child that requests it, and has to show they have the means to support themselves, and a place to live, etc).

If it is really that bad, you would have to press charges against your child, and the juvenile court would take over from there. If you didn't want the child to remain in your home, the juvenile court would place the child in a group/youth or foster home.
