evidentiary hearing questions in change of domicile

I petetioned the court to change domicile. I am plaintiff rep self. def atty wants me to give depo in evid hearing. What can he leagally ask me.

He can basically ask you whatever he wants. If you don't like it, you must object and state with specificity the grounds for your objection. Then, you most likely should go ahead and answer and let the judge rule at trial concerning the use of that portion of the deposition. If you refuse to give a particular answer and the judge rules you should have answered, you can be forced to pay the costs of filing the motion on the issue and to retake the deposition.
