Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Ex_Wife's Annulment

My wife and I were married only 9 months, when she decided clear out of the blue she no longer wanted to married. We Purchased a house under both our names. I am the primary she the secondary, she feeld she has a legal right to come in the house unannounced, because she technically still has to pay the house (court ordered). She has another residence right now, and is trying to set up residence in North Carolina. MY queestion is: Does she have a legal right to do this or do I have to suffer unannounced visits whenever she feels like it?

Re: Ex_Wife's Annulment

First of all, when two or more people sign a mortgage, there is no primary and secondary. All parties are equally responsible for repaying the debt. Without a divorce judgment dividing property, your wife can probably come and go as she pleases.
