Ex-girlfriend moving to Ohio. What are my rights?
My ex-girlfriend recently told me that she plans to move to Ohio within the next six months with my child. What are my rights to stop her from moving as well if the court does let her move my rights regarding visitation?

The question you might consider is 'what is in the best interests of your shared child?'
You've said nothing about custody of the child, or child support. If you are already paying support under a court order, then the issue is whether you will be entitled to the benefits of the 100-mile rule.
There's a good discussion of the issue here:

It is not a foregone conclusion that you can stop this move. It will be better for all if you work out something by agreement.

you may pursue filing a paternity action and requesting custody of the minor child, if you have any questions on how to proceed please feel free to call, Mark Snover at 248-258-0800

You should go to court, have an order entered establishing your rights and obligations. Part of that order will prevent her from making the move. She will have to ask the judge for permission to make the move and that is difficult. Call if you wish to discuss this further. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
