Ex-Spouse Contemptof Divorce Decree

In Divorce Decree, he's solely resposible for maintaintaing the Mortgages, Taxes & Insurance payments tll house sells, as well as a couple other debts listedon it as well even after house sells. But now says has no $$ for them but does for his rent & new motorcycle, new truck +++ which he obtained AFTER the divorce became FINEL. He said he is filing bankruptcy, & I'm assuming with out notifing the court first & now my Excellent credit gets super ruin! What do I do?

First, does your divorce decree say anything about bankruptcy?
