Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Can my ex-wife limit my phone calls with my children? can I buy a special phone only to be used to call Dad(me). When she punishes the child by taking the phone away, I lose phone time.

Can other technology devises used solely for communication between child and non-custodial parent be limited by custodial parent as punishment against the child?
