There are many fine divorce attorneys in Macomb County. You're asking a lot of questions on line which leads me to believe that you're trying to play lawyer. That's a bad idea unless you also think that you can ask questions about doing surgery on line and then go into the operating room to operate. I strongly recommend that you hire an family law attorney before you get yourself in so deep that it will cost you a huge amount of attorney fees to try to un-do the mess you've created.
