Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

can my ex-husband force me to sell my home if I am unable to have it refinanced at this time to have his name removed from the finacial part of the mortgage. I am currently receiving TRA payments and attending college full time for retraining after losing my job, the company moved to Mexico.
