Father's Drug use
I'm about to become a single mother. The father has had very little involvement in this pregnancy but says when the baby is born, he wants visitation. I am fine as long as he is drug free, do i have any right in ensuring he is drug free before he takes my child?

You should have a family law attorney representing you now. Once the baby is born, the attorney can file the appropriate documents with the court to settle custody and to deal with the drug issue.
