Help With FIA

I recently was investigated for child abuse. FIA eventually closed the case a little while ago. But some things that went on disturbed me. For instance, the reason for the case was my 2 year old broke her leg for the second time in 4 months time. The hospital refused to show me her x-rays. I asked repetedly but no one would show them to me. I also believe they lied about what kind of break she had so one of us would confess to hurting her. I took her to a different doctor and got a totally different opinion.They also had made remarks about my religion which is wiccan and they refered to us as devil worshippers. Is this legal for them to lie and to with hold information like this? Please help because it just dosen't seem right.

The problem witht he law is that the doctors can have legal grief if they even suspect that there is abuse and fail to disclose it so they go to the opposite extreme and disclose any possible thing. You are entitled to the same medicl information for your child that you would be entitled to for yourself. Bill Stern
