Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

filling out a 3 rd party custody to intervene motion , I filled out the wrong paper work just filled 3rd person party, was denied of course and ask to fill out the motion to intervene, but the plaintiff sent me a motion brief resonse, but it has no stamp from the clerks.. all the things she is saying are not true should I get prepared to respond to the brief .in court ? and on the 3 rd party intervene , do I submit evidence regarding the brief?
