Final Judgment of Divorce 12/2006 (MI)

(1)RE: Jt Debt - per the final judgment - disclosed who pays what debt.. he refused to pay per court doc.. collectors coming after me since it was acquired jt.

(2) RE: child support not thru friend of the court - how to make him pay back support (child now 18). Michigan divorce - I now live in Georgia.

You would have to file a lawsuit on the debt to get him to pay his portion - if the creditor doesn't file one against both of you, or if you end up paying off the entire debt just to get them off your back.

Regarding the child support, you need to contact the Friend of the Court in the county where your divorce was finalized and tell them you would like his payments to go through the FOC now. You may have to enlist the help of a family law attorney to help facilitate both matters.
