Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Do I have to follow the fathers wishes of whom is allowed to visit my baby? We are not married and he is incarcerated and has been since before the birth of our 2 month old, we are not in the court system for rights/visitation etc but he is on the birth certificate. He does not want me to allow his own sister to see the baby as he alleges she and her boyfriend are drug users (I am unaware of it) we live in Michigan can I get in trouble for allowing her over to my house to see the baby because I did not follow his request?

You are free to allow any visitors that you want, as long as the child is not endangered.
