Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

What is the form I use

I have just filed a divorce and am representing myself. My wife is currently in Ireland and I served her via global express mail which confirms a signature. I recieved back a letter from her which is signed and stamped by her attorney but the stamp says he is a commissioner of oaths. The letter states that she agrees with the divorce action and has no objections. I turned in the proof of service (a print out from the DHL site showing that she did recieve and sign for the paperwork) and I also went to the judges clerk to try and make a court date. They told me that the waiting period still can not be waived even though she responded unless I wait 3 days and fill out another form and bring it back. I have no idea what form they are talking about and I would like to know which one it is and if I can not find the form if I wait the 28 days if I will have to wait 6mos b4 the judge will hear my case.

Thank You very much.
